Instructions for Using Reverze-it™ Word Stamps
Reverze-it word stamps have a conventional word image on side "A" and the same word reversed on side "B".
Directions
- Ink and transfer side B to an Artlenz AZ stamp (*).
- Stamp the AZ stamp direct to paper.
- Ink and stamp side 'A' direct to paper, align and apply the lens. The image stamped with side 'A' will be prominent and will 'stay' as the card is flexed. The image transferred from side 'B' appears as a shadow image and (with good lens alignment) will come and go as the card is flexed. If the alignment is slightly off the 'B' image will 'shimmer' (come and go in sections).
* If you want other images to come-and-go, stamp these images on the AZ along with
the word stamp so that all images are transferred from the AZ to paper at one time.
Tips
- Do not over ink side 'B' (the reverse side). This will flood the tiny
print lines on the AZ stamp and prevent a good flip image. (If you have a heavy inking on the word stamp 'stamp off' before stamping on the AZ.)
- Lens Alignment is critical for a good flip.
- Make sure that you can print a good flip image with your AZ stamp (see the Trade-in Program under Products).
